Policy

Booking & Appointments

​

  • All appointments must be booked through our website.

  • Clients must provide accurate information at the time of booking, including allergies, nail conditions, and other relevant health information.

  • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at any time if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or in violation of salon policies.

Late Policy

​

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee.

  • If the delay significantly impacts scheduling, appointments may be shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of the technician.

​

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

​

  • A 42-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the remaining service balance (excluding deposit) being charged to the card on file.

  • No-shows will also be charged the remaining service balance.

Payment

​

  • Payments for services are due at the time of booking (deposit) and/or completion of service.

  • By booking, clients authorize Dapnie Nail Co to charge their card on file for deposits, late fees, cancellation fees, no-show fees, or remaining balances in accordance with our policies.

  • We accept credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods through our website and Zelle, Venmo or cash are preferred in-person.

Client Consent & Conduct

​

  • Clients agree to follow all salon policies and act respectfully toward technicians and staffs in the area.

  • Services may be refused or discontinued due to inappropriate behavior, disrespect, or failure to follow salon policies.

  • Clients acknowledge that certain nail conditions (infections, damaged nails, allergies) may prevent the technician from performing services safely.

Photos & Marketing Consent

​

  • Clients give permission for photos or videos of their nails to be used for marketing, social media, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

  • No personal identifying information will be shared without additional consent.

Results & Aftercare

​

  • Over 95% of clients who follow aftercare instructions maintain Gel X enhancements for 4–6 weeks with minimal lifting, breakage, or issues.

  • Clients are responsible for following provided aftercare instructions to maintain optimal results.

Liability

​

  • Dapnie Nail Co is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or nail conditions.

  • Clients agree to release Dapnie Nail Co from liability for any loss, injury, or damages arising from services or products used during the appointment.

Changes to Terms

​

  • Dapnie Nail Co reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Updated terms will be posted on the website and take effect immediately.

​

By booking an appointment or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
